•In order to reserve a space at our venue, we require half of the rental fee, along with a signed contract.

•We require general liability insurance for all events at our locations. Check to make sure you have a liquor liability component if you plan on serving alcohol at your event.​​

​

• There are no restrictions on vendors except for valet and security, should your event require these services. The vendors of your choice are responsible for providing the food, staff, linen, glassware, flatware, and all other ancillary components for your event.

 

• Caterers will have access to our kitchen prep area for set-up and storage.

 

• All prep spaces are equipped with running water, sink, fridge, some counter space and electricity.

 

• All equipment must be delivered and picked up on the event day.

• Event space must be cleaned and emptied of garbage by the caterer or client.
